Djibouti, Obock, Saturday 3 october. Galgalou, a 19-year-old Ethiopian boy, is one of 14 migrants found by the IOM Mobile Unit in a state of advanced fatigue and dehydration. Since dawn, they had been walking in the middle of the desert to cross the 50 km that separate the landing beach of Gerere from the town of Obock.
